If you place a special order for carts that are not in stock, due to overwhelming demand, there may be a longer than usual lead time on certain items. Our staff is working overtime to catch up, and we appreciate your understanding and patience. Feel free to contact us for specific lead times on the item you’re interested in.

If your cart arrives damaged, please inspect it thoroughly before signing the carrier’s receipt. If you notice any damage or missing parts, you can refuse the delivery or make a note of the issues and take pictures. Send us the document and pictures within 1 business day, and we will submit a claim. Compensation will depend on the claim outcome. If you do not make notes of these issues on the delivery receipt, we cannot guarantee any compensation for damaged or missing items.
